User Agreement

Agreement for User Use: This agreement is between you (user) & Barasingha Infratech Pvt Ltd, a business established under the Indian Companies Act 1956 and with its registered office at C -156, Sector 100, Gautam Buddha Nagar, NOIDA - 201301 U.P. Barasingha Infratech Pvt Ltd. is the owner and operator of themydeer.net website. The following terms will be used interchangeably in this agreement: Barasingha Infratech Pvt Ltd, mydeer.net , The Company, and BIPL.

Suspension/Termination of Services

• Without affecting any other rights or remedies that may be available to it, the company may suspend the services it provides to the user if any sum owed by the user to the company, previously agreed upon in writing or via email, is not paid on the due date. The Company may, at its discretion and subject to the conditions it deems appropriate, restore the Service after the User has paid the money it has demanded.

• mydeer.net may use its own resources to confirm the registration data you entered, or it may request documentary evidence for any information you submitted at registration or at any point subsequently. mydeer.net has the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny you access to themydeer.net site and its services (or any part of them) in the future if you give any false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information, or if mydeer.net has good reason to believe that such information is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. any proprietary rights, including but not limited to any intellectual property rights in themydeer.net Site and the mydeer.net Service, are owned and retained by mydeer.net .

It is completely forbidden to engage in any kind of SPAM or any activity that could be interpreted as encouraging SPAM.

In addition to ensuring that all of its Associates to whom such disclosure is made will act in accordance with the terms of this Agreement as if each of them were a party to this Agreement, the Receiving Party agrees to take all reasonable steps to protect confidential information from any third party. If necessary, it will also obtain a written statement from each of its employees or associates who have access to such proprietary information committing to uphold the confidentiality conditions. Every piece of proprietary information must be kept distinct, confidential, and at the receiving party's regular place of business (or residence, if applicable).

• The user can change only his own data and information that is kept in the mydeer.net database (after identification verification). The user has the right to periodically update or modify such data and information.
• Any private information that the user willingly discloses, such as their name, email address, etc., is done so at their own risk and discretion. mydeer.net has no control over or liability for any abuse of information gathered by a third party or unwanted messages from such parties; the firm takes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for such activities.
• All copyright, know-how, and other associated intellectual property rights pertaining to the Service or mydeer.net will belong to the Company exclusively, and the User will not be entitled to any of them. In the event that the User has contributed any kind of content to mydeer.net , the Company will immediately acquire all intellectual property rights to that content, and the User will not have any claim or right over it. Should the User use such intellectual property in any other website or related activity during the term of this Agreement or at any point thereafter, it will be deemed an infringement of the Company's intellectual property rights, and the Company may pursue any necessary legal remedy under the facts and circumstances, of which the User will bear the expense and risk.
• The other terms of this agreement will remain fully enforceable even if any of its provisions are found to be invalid. It is your responsibility to report any abuse or misuse of the mydeer.net website. If you see any misuse or abuse of the Site or anything that violates this Agreement, you must notify mydeer.net right away by sending an email to the mydeer.net mail address.
• In the event that a user files a false complaint, they will be held accountable for terminating their subscription without receiving a refund of their subscription fee. Additionally, if a user directly or indirectly files a false complaint against another registered user or potential user, mydeer.net will be entitled to reimbursement for any losses, costs, expenses, damages, etc. that may result from actions taken based on the false information or complaint.

Arbitration

Should any disagreement emerge between a user or users and BIPL as a result of using the website or later on in relation to the legality, interpretation, application, or purported violation of any clause in this Agreement, the matter will be referred to a single arbitrator, who will be an impartial third party chosen by BIPL.The arbitrator's ruling will be final and enforceable against both disputing parties. The arbitration will take place in NOIDA. The arbitration process will be governed by the 1996 Arbitration & Conciliation Act.

Your usage of mydeer.net is governed by this agreement between you and BIPL. The enforceability of any other provision of the Terms of Use Agreement will not be impacted if any part of these Terms of Use Agreement is found to be in conflict with or void by any law, rule, order, or regulation of any government or by a court's final decision.

Failure on the part of BIPL to execute or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Use Agreement does not imply a waiver of that right or provision's eventual enforcement.

Jurisdiction

Courts in NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh, India alone will have the sole authority to hear cases pertaining to mydeer.net and these terms of use, regardless of the region or jurisdiction in where you accessed mydeer.net.
